Float valve utilizes a sub-valve (floating ball switch) for controlling the main valve. When the water level rises to full as defined by sub-valve (floating ball switch), the sub-valve closes and back pressure inside main valve accumulates quickly, further pushing the piston valve reversibly to close. Through this mechanism, the float valve controls water level. It is recommended to install Float Valve outside the pool in order to save the space inside and assure easy maintenance.
