Product Accent:

• Pressure reducing valve prevents pipeline breakage which is caused due to high pressure.
• Pressure reducing valve is installed in water supply pipeline. It helps in maintaining setting outlet pressure in the main valve, regardless of different inlet pressure.
• Pressure reducing valves can be installed in air conditioning, water supply and fire control systems so as to maintain the setting outlet pressure.
• To control the main valve, pressure reducing valve uses a sub-valve (pressure reducing pilot valve). When outlet pressure reaches to the setting range of pressure reducing pilot valve, the pilot valve automatically senses the outlet pressure. It further adjusts the pressure of back pressure chamber in the main valve so that the valve gate opens & consequently maintains outlet pressure.
  
  

• There is a pressure meter on pilot valve which shows the outlet pressure. When outlet opens up, the value of pressure meter is lowered.
• When this outlet is used for large flow, and gate generates quick-close motion, the pilot valve slowly responds to the main valve in order to close the gate. At this stage, the outlet pressure rises high, hence a tiny pressure reducing valve can be installed.
